(USER)  Display list of users on the system

 This command allows you to search the user file for a text string.
 PCBoard will display the user's name, location, and the last date the
 user logged into the system for each matching record.

 Subcommands
  (text) = Text in the user record to search for.  This search string may
           be Boolean.
